I'm moving to South Korea from the U.S. What is the cheapest way to ship two 21" flatscreen monitors and a PC?

If i take them with me as luggage do I have to pay any taxes/tariff on them? What about if i use a delivery carrier? I'm just looking for the cheapest option, I don't mind if it's a bit slow. Both the monitors and PC are used. Thanks!
