Is Republican-ruled Georgia using voter suppression to halt Obama vote surge?

Despite voters waiting 8 hours and more (even until midnight) in an attempt to vote in early and advanced voting, the Republican Secretary of State of Georgia refuses to consider weekend voting. She says it would violate state law. Already, there are many reports of older voters hearing about the long waiting time and deciding not to vote.
