Where is a good place to get Horse Cart/Carriage Driving Lessons In Southern California or Oregon?

Okay so I want to learn how to drive horse carts and carriages as well as about how to train a horse to drive. It would also be important for me to know how to put the harness on the horse(s) and hitch them to the cart or carriage. Another problem is the lessons can't be too expensive, for example, $250 dollars for a 1 hour-2 hour long lesson would be out of my budget. The place needs to be in Northern California or somewhere close in the Sanfrancisco Bay Area or in the Suisun District. I could probably squeeze in lessons in Oregon near Central Point, Medford, Grants P, Gold Hill, or Apple Gate during holidays when I go up there to visit my relatives. If its in Oregon, it would be good for the lessons to be long if possible. Can anyone think of a place? I know, too many requirements, sorry. ^.^, Anyway please tell me if anything comes to mind...
