My 7 month old is just not entertained... suggestions?

Ok, here's the deal, she's just about 7 months (next week) and she has had two teeth pop up recently (1 and 3 wks ago) she has recently learned to stand with our support/help etc... i can't seem to keep her entertained anymore. Not at all. It'd be one thing if it were sometimes but this is pretty much all the time that she is fussing or bored now. I tried to help her w/ her teething- tablets, cold washcoths, deter her attention, she doesn't like teethers, tylenol... she is so over her playmat- she never really like it, actually. We want to get her a little exersaucer type thing this weekend and I'd like to get it now but we're down to one car (hubby wrecked his) and he is working afternoon/nights and has no time to get one... argh. she's so fussy! and bored. no reading, no playing, nothin'. bathtime is ok for awhile. if no suggestions on entertaining her, any suggestions to keep me sane? i do the whole "take a minute and leaver her in a safe place" but all i hear is "mmmMM! aaaahhh!"
