Spazzy itching mouse?

so i recently got a new mouse to add to my 2 others and they love her (random info) but shes been scraching ALLOT!! like just about every minute. and then last night she started to spazz out and was jumping up and down and it looked like she couldn't itch something, whats wrong with her?? how do i help her??
