Will colleges accept me?

ok, so heres the situation for me. im a junior in highschool, but i have a 1.69 GPA. my freshmen year i did pretty decent, but my sophmore year was HORRIBLE. i missed alot of cles, and i wasnt really that motivated. falling asleep in cl etcetera, so i ended up failing two cles for the first time. they were spanish 2, and algebra 1b. ill retake both of them, so they will replace the failing grades. that will probably boost me somewhere in the 2's, and ill probably go to summer school to make up the missing math credit. right now i have all A's and B's. so im just wondering if i maintain these grades till i graduate, and if i get a good or decent SAT or ACT score could i get into a college like michigan state or something? or will i still have to go to community college and transfer from ltheir?
