Should i trade in my modern warfare for xbox 360 once i have modern warfare 2?

I am currently looking to buy ac2 and gamestop has a little promotion to get the game for $20 if i trade in 2 select games. The only eligible games i have are call of duty 4 and 5 and i am wondering if there is any point in keeping either since i now have the newest call of duty
