I agree with you and wish to add something more. Constitution of India has conferred a right to all citizens of India to migrate anywhere -anyplace in India and earn their livelihood. Agreed, and this has been constantly hammered by all the selfish politicians through media and other sources. But one fact is being willfully concealed by them, that the State Government has authority to restrict such migrations in the interest of citizens. The uncontrollable migrations may result into grave consequences in future in form of shortages of Water supply , electricity supply, food grains, and other resources, immense growth of hutments/slums, pressure on public transport, traffic jams, environmental degradation and so on......... It is the duty of State Govt. of Maharashtra to take all possible measures to control migrations and protect the state.
