Need help with my 1994 Honda Civic!!?

so i recently changed the valve cover gasket, pcv valve, and the thermostat, but my car still over heats and the idle is all over the place. I wanted to know if a vacuum leak could be the cause of this or maybe a sensor for the idle and something else for the over heating?
