Movie download help please answer?

I want to download Resident Evil Regeneration, but I DO NOT want to buy it. I want to "illegally" get it, [don't call the cops on me] I tried pirate bay torrent, but it goes so slow at the loading rate. What is another website that offers torrents and is fast? please help!
