I think my mother-in-law is into black magic/ wicca / occult. Do these signs point there???

My wife took pics yesterday of her nephew who spent the summer w/ his grandmother. Every picture had little white orbs and dots. Another person there had the same things show up on her pics from another camera. Her mother also gave us a bag of herbs telling us it was rosemary and we found out that it was a mixture of herbs probably used to cast a spell. or as a hallucinagen. We were told that the mixture contained sage, rosemary, marijuana, wild gr, and an old and a new yellow rose petal which is her favorite flower. Would this be her "signature" in this concoction??? Do people really do this type of stuff?? Any info would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!
