Has anyone out there used Nectarease Honey & what was the results/rating etc?

My close friend has problems with her back. She was told of a natural remedy that actually works, 'Nectar ease Honey'. I am very sceptical so I’m relying on you to give me the proof I need. The honey contains bee venom and has proved a great help for the people in the advert (as always).
