A dream which comes true....?

I dreamt I was in this house, I was saying it would be a nice home if it had a creek by it, and I looked and there was a creek. Well, whoever I was with in the house listened as I said, this could be my home if it had a garden, and they said to me puzzled, look behind you out the door...and there was a garden. I continued to talk about my perfect house...then whatever I said I wanted appeared and happened. I was taken back, in shock. Until this man sitting on my couch came up and put this unique, odd wooden bracelet in my hand and closed it....and said "honey, don't you know you are a queen" and left. The strangest thing happened tonight ...the exact bracelet appeared on my desk at work...what does this all mean? And how can something materialize like that out of your dreams...I am beyond freaked by it. I had the dream three weeks ago...I recognized the bracelet the moment I saw it.
