Do schitzophrenics feel "elated" at times, meaning very positive?

Schizophrenia is a whole separate mental illness. A person with schzophrenia hears voices, sounds and hallucinations. It doesn't have anything to do with the mood level. Mani Depression/Bi-Polar causes severe ups and downs it is a problem with the mood level.
