Could an oxbow projectile point be clified as a quad shaped point?

I'm trying to identify a projectile point I purchased at an archaeological convention. It looks a bit like an oxbow (seen here: a href="http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/silicified-wood-oxbow-point)" rel="nofollow"http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/si…/a and also shaped like the quad to an extent (seen here: a href="http://projectilepoints.net/Pages/Searches/Points/Quad.html)." rel="nofollow"http://projectilepoints.net/Pages/Search…/a Can it be both or would it be either or?
